Dr Jörg Munkes with keynote at the HR Inside Summit 2022 in Vienna

Dr Jörg Munkes will give a keynote speech at the renowned HR Inside Summit 2022 at the Hofburg in Vienna. The GIM Managing Director's presentation title is "Leadership at a distance requires a strong culture". The keynote will take place on 12.10.2022 from 15:05, followed by an in-depth session at 16:00.

The presentation by Jörg Munkes will highlight aspects of corporate culture in companies with a high proportion of mobile work or home offices. Based on data from a representative study, the GIM Managing Director will show what an attractive corporate culture is based on and how it can be anchored in the company in the long term. The following session will focus on how corporate culture can be operationalised and thus made tangible.

The HR Inside Summit 2022 will take place for the seventh time in the Vienna Hofburg. Around 2,000 participants will be able to exchange ideas and network with HR experts and professionals over two days. Tickets and further information can be found on the homepage of the HR Summit.
