BVM Congress: Fishbowl "Next Gen Qualitative Research"

The Working Group on Qualitative Market and Social Research (Arbeitskreis Qualitative Markt- und Sozialforschung, short: AKQua) organised a fishbowl discussion at the BVM Congress on 8 June 2021. The panel discussion was moderated by GIM Corporate Director Patricia Blau.

The special feature of the fishbowl format: participants can take part directly in the discussion. The debate aimed to inspire and show why conversations remain at the heart of market research.

On the panel, discussing under the title "Next Gen Qualitative Research - are actions really more meaningful than words?" were: Dr Barbara Lang (Point Blank), Dr Christiane Quaas (Sanofi Aventis), Prof. Dirk Frank (ISM Global Dynamics) and Edward Appleton (Happy Thinking People).

The "Congress of German Market Research" is organised by the Professional Association of German Market and Social Researchers (Berufsverband Deutscher Markt- und Sozialforscher e.V., short: BVM) and took place on 7 and 8 June 2021 as an online-only event. The motto of the 2021 event was: "Personas vs. Segments - What's the Story?".
