GIM with first InspirationDay about Generation Z

On 23.09.2019, the first GIM InspirationDay took place. The motto of the first edition of the event was "Ways into the heart of Generation Z". In the OutofOffice in Frankfurt, GIM experts, renowned external speakers, and representatives of the GenZ discussed the topic. The aim of the event was to provide valuable insights with which brands can better reach young target groups.

GIM Managing Director Dr. Jörg Munkes used the GIM study "Wie tickt Deutschland" (What makes Germany tick) to show which psychological dynamics, values, thinking styles and decision-making behaviour characterise the GenZ. Dr. Hannes Fernow, GIM futurologist and values researcher, explained in an international comparison which value worlds distinguish Members of the GenZ worldwide.

How does adressing the GenZ work on the internet? Julia Althoff, head of the educational initiative MESH Collective, answered this question in her lecture. Stefanie Kuhnhen, Managing Director of the creative agency Grabarz & Partner, shared "7 Trends that will still move the GenZ tomorrow" with the audience. The media scientist and digitization consultant Prof. Dr. Gerald Lembke gave a Speech in the context of his lecture "gambled away future? Recommendations for working with the young generation."
