EphMRA Presentation: Long-Term Project with Merck

The EphMRA’s “Germany Online Meeting” took place on April 27 and 28. Eva von Rennenkampff (GIM) and Katja Reinhardt (Merck Healthcare) gave a presentation on an international long-term online community that GIM is conducting on behalf of Merck.

Under the title “International, long-term, and online: How an expert community helps drive business,” the two speakers presented the potential of this unique research design on April 27 at 11:30 a.m. They also highlighted potential pitfalls that can arise in such a complex project.

EphMRA (European Pharmaceutical Market Research Association) is the European association for market research in the healthcare sector. The theme of the EphMRA meeting was “The Digital Future of Market Research.” In addition to presentations, the program included keynotes, discussion forums, and World Cafés.
