GIM Clear Winner At Image Study by marktforschung.de

GIM takes first place in the overall ranking of the Image Study 2021/2022 by independent German industry portal marktforschung.de. We are incredibly proud and would like to express our sincere thanks for this vote!
In the categories "Quality", "Methodological Competence" and "Advisory Competence" we took first place in each. In the categories "Service Orientation", "Innovation & Creativity" and "Recommendation" (NPS Net Promoter Score) we ranked second. We are also among the top five rankings in the seventh of seven categories "cost effectiveness". This makes GIM the best rated of all 27 full-service institutes surveyed.

After 2012, 2015 and 2018, the fourth edition of the independent image study by the industry portal marktforschung.de shows us as the best-rated of all 27 full-service institutes surveyed, after we already held top positions in 2018.
A total of over 330 people took part in the study, with the institutes being evaluated in seven categories. The participants are people who are involved in the selection and commissioning of full-service institutes as well as other industry experts. Only the responses of in-house market researchers were considered for the ranking.
