GIM Band Plays at “Insights 2016” in Nuremberg

GIM’s own music group, the “GIM Band”, will be responsible for the musical programme at the market research congress “Insights 2016” on June 1st in Nuremberg. The two-day event will be hosted by the Conference Group of the Frankfurt-based German publishing house dfv which publishes for example the trade magazine “planung & analyse”.

The GIM band was founded in 2013 and exclusively consists of GIM employees. The ensemble usually plays at GIM’s in-house events but has also had two concerts at the industry’s main event, the international market research fair “Research & Results” in Munich (2014 und 2015). All of the band members are experienced musicians who have previously played in several bands including Big Bands. At their concerts they usually play music from many different genres, frequently focusing on Pop and Rock (-classics).

At the first day of the “Insights-Congress” in Nuremberg, the band will present a musical programme of around two hours. Saxophonist Florian Glatz: “Of course we are looking forward to playing this gig which will be something special for us – despite the two concerts we gave at ‘R&R’ in the past two years. We’re excited to see the atmosphere, location and people – and as always we’ll give our best.” If you want to know more about the GIM Band you can contact Frank Luschnat.
