On May 18 and 19, the third KubiS user congress on costumer loyalty and service quality, brand and brand management will take place in Bonn. Representatives from companies, service providers and market research will discuss such topics as "Marketing and market research – friends or enemies?", "Service quality – what is this?" and "Market research – much ado about nothing?".
Within this scope, Marc Arnold, GIM expert for B2B research introduces a practice-oriented segmentation of B2B relations. The segmentation is based on the assumption that within B2B relations, there are individual decision-makers who represent their respective companies, communicate with each other and take decisions. In order to determine successful measures for enhancing customer relationship management (CRM) in the scope of a B2B business relationship it is necessary to understand the way in which the business partners or customers come to their decisions. The MMD segmentation tool developed by GIM helps to meet these requirements.
The KubiS congress will be organised by goals international and Deutsche Telekom AG.
