  New managing director for GIM Suisse AG

  

  On December 1st 2009 Lukas Zihlmann (44) has started as GIM Suisse’ new Managing Director. He is the successor of Godehard Wakenhut (37), who built up and managed GIM Suisse together with Dagmar Sonderegger since the beginning of the agency’s Swiss market entry back in 2005.

  Before Lukas Zihlmann joined GIM Suisse he had been Managing Director of the market research agency Publitest AG and prior to that during five years Managing Director of Media Focus – a GfK/Nielsen joint-venture in the field of advertising and media research. “Lukas Zihlmann is a very good expert in Swiss market research and a well known personality in the Swiss marketing community”, says Stephan Teuber, Managing Director of GIM Heidelberg. “We are very happy to have won Mr. Zihlmann for GIM Suisse and we are convinced that he will continue the successful history of GIM Suisse.“

  Until March 31st 2010 Godehard Wakenhut will hand-over GIM’s Swiss business step by step to Lukas Zihlmann. Starting at April 1st 2010 he will take up the newly-created position as a Director Corporate Affairs at GIM Headquarters in Heidelberg. He will also continue his research work for selected clients and projects.
