As the second market research studio in Switzerland, GIM Suisse got the accreditation of FocusVision for using the leading global live video transmission service. Teams of international clients are now able to follow group discussions and interviews that are conducted in GIM’s studio in Zurich per video link.“By the use of FocusVision’s high-quality and sophisticated video transmission service we can now enable our clients to participate “live” in our research studies without any additional travel costs. We do the research while our clients are close-by – no matter where they currently stay”, explains Godehard Wakenhut, managing director of GIM Suisse.
Using video transmission via FocusVision the number of participants, who are e.g. responsible for Marketing or Management can now be increased and involved much easier, while travel costs and timing conflicts are minimized. In comparison to a simple audio transmission FocusVision furthermore offers the possibility to experience interactions and non-verbal expressions between the respondents live. Wakenhut: “Herewith we provide our clients to get an immediate impression of their current research and getting deep insights on which they can finally base intelligent business decisions on.”
