    Future Consumer Trends – GIM trend expert at the Handelsblatt conference

    Dr. Kerstin Ullrich, trend researcher and author of the future study Delphi 2017 will be one of the speakers at Customer 2009 on March 24. She will talk about consumers’ future purchase behaviour and the search for new trends in the light of the recent economic situation.
    Based on her newest trend research findings, Dr. Kerstin Ullrich will analyse the attitudes and consumption patterns of different target groups. Among others, the following questions will be subject of her presentation: Which products and services does the consumer of tomorrow want? To what extent does ecological and social responsibility influence individual purchase decisions? How do consumers react in times of crisis? How can companies communicate effectively with consumers?

    On the 2nd annual conference of the newspaper “Handelsblatt” on March 24 and 25 in Düsseldorf, marketing-, market research- and retail experts discuss new strategies to increase customer loyalty and to acquire new customers.
